Hi we purchased the pro version of this plugin and are currently setting up the shipping charges for vendors.

All the vendors use the following shipping zones:
    UK
    USA
    Australia
    Europe
    Rest of the world

Woocommerce makes it easy to select Europe and Rest of the world, but I do not see these options in WC Vendors Pro. I know we have the ability to manually add every country that is in Europe, but that’s not really an easy solution for most of the vendors.

I am wondering if I am missing something here?

    Many thanks

    Hello,
At this time, no we do not have that ability with our Vendor Shipping. There is not a way to lump a continent or general regions like that.
The only other option would be to use the Vendor Shipping Flat Rate and have one main National and one main International rate.
This is actually somewhat limited by WooCommerce, as we use part of their structure for creating the shipping function since we are intertwined with WooCommerce.

    Hi,

It’s odd that this doesn’t work with your plugin, as Woocommerce make it very easy to select ‘Europe’ or ‘rest of the world’ as shipping zones – as you ‘use part of their structure for creating the shipping function’ I am surprised this feature doesn’t flow form woocommerce to wc vendors.

I am also having issues with shipping charged being charged every time a product is ordered no matter the quantity. Example: A vendor sells hats in different colours with shipping charges of £2.50 national and £10 international. If a users purchases a red hat and a green hat they are being charged £5.00 shipping. I have seen a field for the user to set a maximum charge (in this case it would be £2.50) however, wouldn’t that affect international orders too? So an a red and green hat sent internationally will only end up being charged £2.50 too.

If I am missing something please do let me know.

    Thanks

I have requested the options to be added for the max shipping for BOTH national and international , and hopefully we will be able to add this in a future release. As is, yes- the max rate is coupled for national and international.

Hi, my client has decided that Dokan Vendor is a better fit for her business, due to the flexibility of different shipping prices and ease of use that Dokan provides.

We purchased the pro version of WC Vendors, and I would like to know how to fully remove WC Vendors from our website. I have so far only disabled the plugin, but I can still see at least a bit of code still remains in the products page (I presume this is from your plugin as the name is wc_vendor) Please see screenshot.

Please can you tell me how I can fully remove the WC Vendor software?

    Thanks

    Hello,
You’ll need to remove the vendor role, if it was not removed with the uninstall.. you can do so with User Role Editor plugin. Also the pending_vendor role. I have no idea what the roles are for the other plugin (they may be named the same thing, vendor), so be sure you are only removing our vendor role.
If tables remain in your database, they are pv_commissions and wcv_feedback
