NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Only DTDC is mentioned for Indian courier services. How can our vendors add their own delivery services and provide all the details to the customers.

    Hello,
    There really is not a way for them to add their own shipping carrier.
    If they choose to mail using another service, they can send the customer a note with tracking details – there is an option in the pro dashboard > orders for the vendor to send an order note.
