NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi, I can not enter the “seller panel” because it is redirected to the link “My Account”.
    Why is this problem occurring? Recently updated the wc vendor pro

    Jose,
    It looks like most of the template pages that this theme overrides are outdated.
    Could you please check to see if your theme has updated for WooCommerce?
    When you type in your pro dashboard URL directly, are you still redirected to my-account?
