NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello I just downloaded the STRIPE COMMISSIONS & GATEWAY plugin.

    I clicked on the order button and then nothing happend. Instead the page scrolled up to the top to a message that said something like this: date interval….

    I scrolled back down and clicked on order again and now I see that I’ve orderd the plugin twice.

    What is going on? I didn’t mean to do that.

    I am a student and 100$ is a lot of money.

    Obviously I am not the only one with this problem.

    Can I get a refund?

    I think Ben is working on this; I know they are now aware of this issue with the Stripe plugin purchases giving that error.
    I will follow up and make sure you receive a refund for the double-purchase, Nicholas.
