    Hey,

We are using the wcvendor but we are getting the maximum user limit. We have already update in the setting but still, its not allowing us to do so could please rectify?

Attachments will ensure you more about the issue.

check this message and post on the form and if you require any changes then please perform.

We are also getting one more issue related to the product images because whenever our vendor try to upload the image for the product it doesn’t appear error “An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later” so kindly share your output on it.

I am waiting for your revert!!

    Thanks

    Hey

I have reviewed your comment related to the image issue, therefore, I have performed some research, but still, we are getting the same issue, as the vendor’s product image is not uploading on chrome as well as safari browser, so what is the alter of this issue because the maximum users use the chrome and safari browser.

I am looking forward to hearing from the solution.

    Thanks

    Hello,
    1. Are you logging in vendors straight from the my-account page?
    2. Have you tried deactivating all plugins except woocommerce, WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro, and then tested to see if it works?
    3. If you are using SSL, did you try the Really Simple SSL plugin?

    Hi Anna,

1- Yes, I did logging directly from the my-account page.
2- Yes, I have already tried the following procedure as per your previous request.
3- As of now, we are not using any SSL services on our website.

    Thanks

    Hello,
Did you have another multi-vendor plugin installed before WC Vendors? If you go to: wp admin > users > all users, and then look at the drop down box for Change Role to… Do you see more than one vendor role?
Have you changed the vendor role permissions at all?
Try going to wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tools … Reset WC Vendors Roles
