NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi Guys,

    For some reason our plugin has been deactivated due to ‘plugin limit’. Our web developers have asked us to contact you to work out what the problem is.

    If you could point us in the right direction that would be great.




    You can only have your license activated on one site. You can still use Pro, but the license is for one site only. The whole plugin shouldn’t be deactivated. If you need your license deleted so you can activate it on a new site, you can do it from your account here: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/ If you have an issue then let me know- I’ll need the email you used when purchasing Pro so I can delete the current activation for you.
    Also, either you or your devs need to fix these two issues asap:

    Pro Dashboard Page: ✕ -Your pro dashboard page cannot be set to your free dashboard page. Click here to change.
    Feedback form page: ✕ Vendor ratings will not work without this page set. Click here to set the page.

    Also- form our end it looks like the license was activated last night… so, if they are still having an issue, I can delete the activation form our end and it may get rid of the notice they are seeing. You also need to update your WC Vendors Pro.


    Yes the developer has been doing some work, but the issue is still there. Do you think the re activation would fix the issue? photos still can’t be uploaded so we need to get it fixed asap. Thanks again for your help,

    I’ll delete your activation from our end, and see if that helps. You can then try activating the license again.
    The Pro license would not affect the uploading of images.

    The image upload issue— are you seeing an error? Or is the button just not working?
    That is likely due to:
    1. If you are using BuddyBoss’s forms to login the vendors. Try logging in the vendors using the woocommerce my-account page, and see if it still occurs. PLEASE nag BuddyBoss to fix this, as people have been having this issue for some time and it keeps happening! Vendors are not being logged in properly via https… so it logs then out and/or will not let them upload images.

    2. If it is just the Select File button that is not working, this is a bug with WordPress and Google Chrome. Try using FireFox and see if it still happens. If not- then we all have to wait for wp and google to fix this- it’s not us

    3. There is insecure content on the site. Try installing the plugin Really Simple SSL and secure all content ont he site. See if that helps.
