NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi Ben,

    I did several tests and the percentages are always incorrect regardless settings are in accordance with your instructions:

    ‘This is the default commission type for all vendors. This overrides default commission in WC Vendors Free. You may edit a vendors user account to override the global rate for that vendor. You may edit an individual product to override the commission rate only for that product.’

    Hi Ben,

    I like your sense of humor!

    I found the point.
    The problem is not the incorrect percentage but the tax charged to customer not being allocated to vendor.
    I was looking in settings and I can not solve it.
    Please give me your light! 🙂

    Hi Ben,

    I think now I got the thing! 🙂

    This is related to ‘Taxes’.
    When ‘Give vendors any tax collected per-product’is unchecked all the tax amount goes to the marketplace, otherwise to the vendor.
    And on users we can Tax override general options for a particular vendor.

    My question now is: shouldn’t be an option to allocate the amount of tax for both?

    Hi Elsa,

    There’s no option to give “some” of the tax to the vendor, and “some” of the tax to the admin. It’s either all to the admin, or all to the vendor.

    Hi Ben,

    I’ll have to confirm this with the Portuguese finance bureau.
    I assume that’s how it works taxes in USA. 🙂
