    Hello,
    Probably?
In truth, we cannot be certain if a theme will interfere with the plugin’s Pro dashboard pages or functions– being as some themes use some pretty interesting code at times.
If the theme is properly coded for WooCommerce and does not do anything wonderfully fancy with javascript, it should not have any issues working with WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro.
I will say that some of those ajax functions on the shop pages may affect the display for the WC Vendors banners and store page banners and headers.. but without testing I cannot be certain.
