Hey, so my customers are buying product and they are being charged for international shipping that I set as a default (it has not been overwritten by my vendors yet). My account settings shows my base is in the U.S. but even when a customer puts their address as U.S then they are still charged international rates and not domestic.

I figured that it processes correctly only for newly uploaded products (meaning the products that were recently uploaded after I downloaded the pro version) , but all old products (meaning the products that were already uploaded before I downloaded the pro version) still process at checking as international shipping. How do I fix this, please help!

    Hi Shareef,

So if you add a new product now — it uses the correct shipping rate. But if you add a product that was added before you installed Pro, it does not?

It should go off of the Pro Dashboard > Settings > Shipping rate defaults that your vendor set if it is not set on an individual product such as existing products. Test, and report back!

Yes, I understand that but for some reason, as the admin, I am able to set the default domestic and international shipping. This shipping will take effect if the vendors do not set their own shipping. Currently, I set the domestic and international shipping to $5 and $10. Now, when a U.S customer buys a product (in which the vendor did not set a shipping cost) then they will automatically be charged $10 for shipping per product in their cart.

Check out my site to see what I am saying. You may want to add only one item in your cart at a time to avoid confusion.

I tried to check it out, but every product on your website returns an Error 404 not found.

I had 3 people to check it out and no one is experiencing 404 page issues. Actually, we are still selling products. The international shipping is set to $5 and the domestic is set to $4.

This is what I see when visiting your website. Google Chrome, Windows 10.

Do you have any other browser on your system? I tried number of times with different Browsers and I am not facing this issue. I understand, you are facing this issue and not able to answer my query until you go to checkout page. But the thing is I am also not able to fix this issue until I face “404 error”. So, Can you please check this on any other web browser? I am using WINDOWS 7 and I have checked with Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari.

    Regards!

Thanks. Have those vendors also set their stores Country correctly on their Pro Dashboard > Settings?
