NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    IRS wants us in my country that the customer gets 1 invoice from each vendor that is involved in a transaction.

    for exemple Customers buys A1 and A2 products from vendor A, and products B1 and B2 from vendor B in the same cart.

    Customer needs to get (automatically) 1 invoice from vendor A with products A1 and A2, with no mention of comission (100% product price) and 1 invoice from vendor B likewise. Each invoice mentions products, full price, customers facturation and billing infos and vendor legal business informations.

    Any ideas how to perform this?

    Short answer: Wait a while, we’ll do that for you.

    Long answer: All vendor products are lumped into one order right now. In WC Vendors Free v2.0 this will change, to be Vendor A’s products in order #1, Vendor B’s products in order #2, etc… This will allow you to become compliant for your home country if that’s the weird rules your country has. It’ll also allow all the other stuff you asked for to work.

    So, the million dollar question is when will we have this ready? Few months. We’re still feature building up Pro, then a Free refresh comes after. Can you speed it up asking us to do it now? No. Can you speed it up by throwing money at us? No. 🙂

    Not at this time, no.
    There is work planned (not settled yet- planned) for WC Vendors which may allow for more options such as invoicing in the future.

    I’m very interested too in this functionality. I still have a lot of work to finish but before launch (mid 2017) I absolutely need this feature.

    Any progress whatsoever? I know it was opened some time ago a ticket on github on this matter regarding integration with https://ro.wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-pdf-invoices-packing-slips/ but I don’t know the resolution.
    Any updates on this? There are a bunch of WC Vendorsmarketplaces that would benefit of this.

    Along with WooCommerce Subscriptions, this is one of the integration requests I am seeing frequently.
    So- it is high on the list for planned integrations.
    We just finished Bookings, and plan to work on more extensions for integration with other plugins soon.
    I am not making a promise- but it will be researched.
    I have not seen any progress – I know at one time the author of this plugin WAS working with WC Vendors, but that was quite some time ago, so we will likely need to resume discussing with the plugin author and take a look at whether this integration is something we could do.
    It certainly would be a very useful tool for us to have!

    Hi @Anna,

    Thank you for looking up on this, I think this feature is very important for the future of WC Vendors Pro as a one stop module for serious marketplaces (legally wise). The work is great, support is even better, you guys are awesome, I appreciate everything you do. Ben’s humour is killing me (metaphorically) 🙂

    As a general idea there are ton of countries (mainly in Europe, but I think others too) where this feature is mandatory (each invoice has to mention the products purchased, quantity, full price, sales taxes value (VAT in this case), total and subtotal, customer delivery and billing info and vendor legal business informations.

    Basically the vendor should have some fields where he can set up those infos, and the invoice plugin (or custom integration for that matter) should catch and generate them on the invoice to the customer.
    I’ll try to contact the developer of the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips to see if he can help along as his integration with Woocommerce is already great.

    Looking forward for some progress on this feature, I believe is would be a cornerstone.
