Hi ben, you know if wc vendors pro works with the plugin image optimization Imsanity?

Since the objective of the plugin is that a common user to upload products on our websites. The common user has no idea how to optimize an image, and take with your digital camera and uploads them directly to the site.

Images of more than 3000 pixels would be uploaded daily, with more than 5MB per each.

For this there Imsanity. I have configured to redimencionen to 700px in “Images uploaded Within a Page / Post” and I made a test as a vendor posting a product from the front end and upload an image of 2000px, imsanity not resizing.

But if I do it from admin panel if it works.

We have encountered this problem before?

I have no idea if it would work with that at all. As long as that plugin is triggered on new Media Library image uploads, it should work just fine. Should. Again, never used it. 🙂

It does not work. Wow I feel disappointed 🙁

You will know of another plugin to do the same job and also work with front-end editor?

I meanwhile look for another solution.

    Greetings.

Sorry for the confusion. The plugin works correctly.

The problem was in the plugin settings. I have configured to act only if images are uploaded from a post / page. And not act if an image is uploaded in the media library (which sees only admin). But apparently wc-vendors also use it to the front-end.
