NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    I’m not sure if this is a missing feature or an issue. But when adding a new product if a vendor does not enter a product description (or any other required field) and hit the Save Product button at the bottom of the page nothing happens and they are not shown any errors, unless they scroll all the way back to the top to see the error message “Product description is required.” This is causing confusion, I need the page to auto scroll up and focus to the error field in question.

    I’m using Buddyboss Social Marketplace. Is this something i need to custom code? or is this a missing feature / problem?

    This would have to be modified with Javascript; I am not sure what would need to be done- I am not too keen with js.
    I’ll look into it– I am not sure if this is us or BuddyBoss, but I think it is within our code or WooCommerce rather than the theme.
