NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support
As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system. This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

Hi Ben
I’m failing to activate my licence it keeps saying invalid request. I haven’t activated it on any site yet. Is there anything that else i have to do before activation. I didn’t check the knowledgebase but nope i can no see much on this, unless my licence is still on hold like the other guy on this issue. Thanks
