    We’re working on this issue. The license keys are not working properly at the moment. You can still use WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro.

    Jeffrey STOP opening new threads and being antagonistic, please. We will sort out this issue and provide a solution for our users. Please keep all further communication regarding this issue in the following linked thread, to avoid confusion and so that you do not keep blowing up everyone’s’ inbox with the same request for assistance throughout multiple threads.

    When I look at your account, you actually HAVE na active license right now on one of your sites (I also see you tried to activate it on multiple sites).
    So, on the site you have it active on right now, are you still getting a message that it is not active?

    Your license key is only good for ONE WEBSITE.

    Yep, I have it installed on one site. And yes, I know I can only use Pro on one site.

    Right now it is installed on 5firemen.com but the license key won’t activate. Says I’ve exceeded the number of activations, or something like that.

    However, I’ve used the License Deactivate button several times to make sure it is not activated anywhere else, and I’ve uninstalled it everywhere else that I know of, but to no avail.

    It also shows in my account 0/1 activations on my dashboard, so clearly your back end doesn’t see it activated (at least in my dashboard).

    Anywho, I’ve deactivated, reactivated, uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared the caches, etc., but nothing has worked.

    I’m writing this from my phone and just checked the WCV Pro settings. I still have the same problem. See the attached snap shot.

    If I’m doing something wrong, lemme know.

    Hello,
    On our end, it is showing it as activated.
    Oy.

    If needed, I CAN generate you a new license key now, but the new keys are buggy at the moment, and you will also need to download and activate WC Vendors v1.3.8 in order for the new key to work. It looks like you are using v1.3.7 right now.

    OR

    You can wait a few days until Jamie is able to sort out what the issue is, and I can revisit this with you. I may still have to generate a new key for you at that time (and you will need to update to WC Vendors Pro v1.3.8), but at least we will know that whatever issue that is going on right now with the NEW keys will be sorted out.

    I would suggest waiting a few days until we have sorted out whatever is happening with the license system. In the meantime, you can still continue to use WC Vendors Pro without any function interruption.

    Looks like I’m using version 1.3.1 (see snap shot.)

    I’ll update to the latest version and get back to you.

    For sorting it out, I’ll go with whatever you suggest.

    that’s where we have asked for support, is the support so bad, been waiting for days just get our activation issue resolved, looks like none of the team is willing to answer. Whats happening. We cannot use the plugin after paying. Sick we dont have a ticketing system for such high priced plugin. Is there a way to get refund or cancle the subscription

    @Anna sorry bothering you here, its been a while that our activation is not working and there has been no support. No one is bothered to look into the issue. Is it normal.

    I did reply to your thread that you linked above: https://www.wcvendors.com/help/topic/some-help-needed-paid-version/ . In the response I also confirmed that YES we do have the support forums for questions and assistance for our products.

    If you read through the replies above, you’ll see that we do know there is an issue with some of the keys working properly, and we are indeed looking into this, and it will be resolved as soon as possible.
    In the meantime, you can certainly use your WC Vendors Pro without the license key being activated.
    Many of our users have been opening multiple topics and older threads addressing the same issue and it has caused some confusion, so I do apologize if I did not answer your specific topic in which you asked about the license key.

    So, to make sure I am properly addressing your issue- you are not able to activate the license key, correct? If so, then according to the thread I replied to above, I have looked into your specific account,.

    I have deactivated your current key and issued a new one.
    Make sure you are using WC Vendors Pro v1.3.8
    Go to: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/
    And get your new key.
    Go to wp-admin > settings > WC Vendors Pro License and try to activate with the new key and your email address you used when making this purchase from WC Vendors.
    If this fails, let me know. We are working on an issue with our licensing system right now.

    Do the update and I will try issuing you a new key.
    If the activation fails with the new key, rest assured that we will get this sorted out asap. Jamie will be looking into this during his workday later today (he is on the other side of the planet, so our day is his night).

    I deleted your current activation of your license key.
    Try activating again now : Go to: https://www.wcvendors.com/my-account/downloads/ to get the key.
    Then go to wp-admin > settings > WC Vendors Pro License and try to activate with this key and your email address you used when making this purchase from WC Vendors.
    Let me know if you can get it activated and then upload v1.3.8 to your website.

    FYI…

    Uninstalled 1.3.1 and then installed 1.3.8

    From there the license activation was successful.

    All seems to be working.

    WC Vendors Pro License activation problem

    Hi I also have this same problem. When we turned off the plugin during testing the license deactivated every time, as well as after saving within the WP Vendors Woocommerce activation screen. We are using WP Vendors Version 1.9.7 and getting the following message:
    “The WC Vendors Pro license key has not been activated, so you will be unable to get automatic updates or support! Click here to activate your support and updates license key.”

    I am also getting this when in the activation screen after saving the code and email fields: “Exceeded maximum number of activations.”

    Hello,

    I installed the plugin, activated it but it does not appear on the wp-admin dashboard sidebar. How can I get it to appear? Where do I enter my license information? Thank you in advance !

    WC Vendors settings are under WooCOmmerce.
    wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors

    GO under settings to activate your license.
    wp amdin > settings > WC Vendors Pro License.

    Thank you! I found the license input field.

    WC Vendors does not appear under wp admin> woocommerce > wc vendors.

    The webpage shows a Fatal Error because it cannot find ‘WC_Vendors’ under in /plugins/wc-vendors-pro/public/forms/class-wcvendors-pro-product-form.php on line 197.

    DO you also have WC Vendors Free installed and configured?
    You need to run both WC Vendors free and Pro at the same time.

    I just followed another thread and read installation documentation is found in Knowledge Base.
    Since I only installed the Pro Version, should I:

    Uninstall the Pro Version, Install the Free Version, then install the Pro Version again?

    This message came up:

    Hello,
    Uninstall the Pro Version, Install the Free Version, then install the Pro Version again?
    Just deactivate Pro. Install and configure WC Vendors Free (get pages set up, etc.).
    Then reactivate Pro.

    I have no idea- this warning has to do with something in your theme, and so I do not know how to work with that. Perhaps your theme author can assist you.

    Ok, we will check with Theme provider. Was that ok to have uninstalled The Pro Version and then Reinstalled?

    Should we delete wordpress and restart to only Install The Pro Version once?

    Have you tried switching to the Storefront theme to see if your WC Vendors free and Pro work on that theme? https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/
