NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi,

    I’ve purchased the pro wc plugin and my license key is invalid. I’ve tried deactivating and then activating WC Vendors Pro in plugins menu again but it doesn’t change anything.

    Can you help ?

    Hello Célyne –
    Unfortunately I cannot activate it at this time either.
    We are having this issue with a few of our new licenses. You can still upload Pro to your website and use it as usual; you just will not be able to activate your license until we are able to sort out this issue.

    Hi Anna,

    Thanks for your answer !
    It’s done and I use it.
    I have another problem though.

    It seems that, since i’ve installed the pro version, there’s a problem with
    product pictures showing twice when it’s a vendor who’ve
    created the product, here’s the link :

    You can see that for “Oh Baby It’s a Wild World !” product and “Tasse en
    Porcelaine Lola” product, both were created by vendors. The others were
    created by the admin.

    I’ve changed the author of a product from vendor to admin to verify my
    theory and it’s that for sure.

    Also it has something to do with <small class=”wcvendors_sold_by_in_loop”> thumb image.
    I’ve contacted my theme devs as well and they’re checking if it’s a problem for their theme as well.

    Can you help me fixing that?

    Yes- this error indicated that you will likely have display issues with WooCommerce pages while using that theme:

Merci de montrer cette page (https://docs.woothemes.com/document/third-party-custom-theme-compatibility/) au créateur de votre thème et demandez-lui d’assurer la compatibilité complète avec WooCommerce, pas la compatibilité limitée avec WooCommerce fournie actuellement en utilisant woocommerce.php au lieu de modèles complets.

    Please temporarily switch to the STOREFRONT theme to test, and see if the issue still occurs. https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/
    If the images are still showing twice after switching to Storefront, then please next try deactivating all plugins except woocommerce, wc vendors and wc vendors pro. Test.

    I am guessing that this is either a theme or plugin conflict that is causing this issue with the images.

    Yeah I was pretty sure that it was a theme’s compatibility problem…Thanks for the help !!

    I’ll try and let you know asap !

    Another problem is that I’ve tried to switch the holiday mode on a vendor and i don’t see the difference, where the holiday message does appear ? And can we switch off “add to cart” on the products from that vendor when the holiday mode is on ?

    Vacation Mode message should display at the top of the store page, under the store banner.
    We have this code, which has worked to disable the add to cart buttons for stores in vacation mode—- it doe snot work for all themes, but for some it does.
