NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    I purchased the pro version last year. My son passed away several months ago and I am just now getting back to “business”. I installed and got it working at that time, but only have a few stores that I put on myself as test stores so it would look like something was there.

    I just went in to make sure everything was working and its saying my license key hasn’t been activated. I know it was originally. When I look here, there are no api keys listed for me, even it shows I have the product. I just realized that it renews the end of the month. My question is if it would be possible to extend it at all since I haven’t been able to use it. If not, I completely understand, but would appreciate any consideration.

    Found the license key and put it on my site with the email address listed here. It’s not working. When I save it, it goes back to deactivated. On here it shows that I purchased it July 30, 2016 so should still be working. But it shows 0/1 activation and no way to input a website to activate it from here. It’s not being used on any other site. I’m not sure what needs to be done.

    Susan,
    I am very very sorry to hear of your loss.
    I have deleted the activation that was showing on our end; please try activating the license on your site now.
    Make sure you get all updated to the latest version as well- the download should be available in your account.

    Thanks, that worked. Is there any possibility of getting the license extended since I haven’t been using it? I know that’s not a normal request, but under the circumstances, I hope you might be able to make an exception. I want to start using it, but with the renewal date in a couple of days, I’m not sure I’ll be able to yet (a lot of extra expenses and a lot of time off work).

    I am setting up a development/staging wp with vendor pro. I purchased the pro product and activated it. Now i read in a message that says don’t activate it on a staging/development server. how would i than be able to setup and test? do you have a development license you give out?

    Hello,
    You just upload Pro to your dev site and work with it. Just do not activate the license.
    The license activation will allow for updates and confirm that you will receive support for Pro on your live site- but you can upload the plugin, activate, and work with it on your dev site without having the license key entered.
