NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi,
    I’m seeing this message:

    Download permission for wc-vendors-pro has been revoked possibly due to a license key or subscription expiring. You can reactivate or purchase a license key from your account dashboard.

    I have this installed on vecceo.com.au. Not sure what’s going on, I can’t reactivate this either.

    I see that your license is not showing revoked on this end;
    If you are trying to activate it again– use this email: [email protected] which is what you used when you purchased Pro. The email you now have registered with us the @vecceo.com.au one is not the one you’d use when re-activating the license on your site.
    I have deactivated it in the back0end here so you can try activating it again on your site with the key and the email you used when purchasing Pro.

    Hi I’ve been away for a while after learning that my old website was not going to work with Stripe or PayPal, etc. I’ve since built a totally new marketplace that IS going to work with the payment processors, but I seem to have misplaced my WC Vendors Pro license key email. It’s also nowhere in my account here, so my plugin is not updating. How do I get my license key?

    Also, is there any key for the Stripe plugin, because I purchased that as well.

    Private replies can also be seen by the original author of the topic, by the way– I did not notice until now that you are not the original author.

    Hi Anna,

    I responded to your email about a week ago, but I’m not sure if you go it. The license key you emailed me says “Invalid” when I paste it into WordPress. See attachment.

    Has my license been deleted by accident? It’s not in my account here and now it’s saying invalid in WordPress…
