The dashboard links don’t show on My Account page, only the account info. There are no dashboard buttons. The page is there, I can get to it by typing url. I’ve been looking around everywhere for hours and I’m no closer to solving this. I did notice there was a tiny bit of code (like 5 characters) in the text tab of my Vendor Dashboard page in addition to [wcv_vendor_dashboard] and I had deleted it on an earlier troubleshoot.. was it supposed to be there? Please advise?

The Vendor Dashboard is not the My Account page.

    yourdomain.com/vendor_dashboard/ try that 😉

uhm, shouldn’t there be a link to the dashboard from the vendor’s account page? Do I have to add something from WC vendors to my child theme php? I can get to the vendor’s dashboard by url. Although I do have it attributed to the my-account page so the url looks like http://www.mydomain/my-account/vendor_dashboard/

If you use /my-account/ that is controlled by WooCommerce. WooCommerce controls all the data on that page, and all the endpoints. You CAN NOT use it for your Vendor Dashboard.

You can use /vendor_dashboard/ — /my-dashboard/ — /controlpanel/ — /whatever/ and it will work. But you can not use /my-account/

As far as how vendors find the dashboard, that’s what your themes menus are for. 🙂 Have fun.

You can redirect vendors to their dashboard when they login. Check the KnowledgeBase for the redirect article. The KB is your bible!
