NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    I bought this plugin over a week ago, worked well. But now its suddenly showing this message:

    “Please Note: If your license is active on another website you will need to deactivate this in your wcvendors.com my downloads page before being able to activate it on this site. IMPORTANT: If this is a development or a staging site don’t activate your license. Your license should ONLY be activated on the LIVE WEBSITE you use Pro on”.

    Why is it? I have checked my account and it shows its activated only on one domain http://www.indianladiesuk.org and thats where it should be activated. We didn’t have any test site.

    Please help.

    Hello,
    You still had this activated elsewhere–
    I have deleted that activation. Try activating it on your live site again. Sometimes this occurs during an update; you just need to deactivate it and then re-activate it if that happens.

    Where was this activated? Please let me know as it shouldn’t have been. Just wondering if someone has access to my admin panel.

    It was showing activated on the site you posted above.

    Likely during an update the license activation needed to be reset.
    No worries– this happens sometimes.
    If it happens again, just deactivate it (there is a checkbox on that page for your license activation) and then re-activate it. If that fails. ask me and I will make sure it is deactivated on our end, and you can activate it again.

    I did follow those steps but didn’t help. Thanks for sorting it out super quick!

    Were you able to activate it? If not, let me know and private reply with an admin login & password and I can look into it and try to activate it for you.
