    Hi,
I would like to understand the correct behavior of mail notifications.
If I make a booking of a product associated with a vendor, receives the email only the WP admin.
This mail should also receive the vendor. It’s correct?

    Frank,
Are you using WC Vendors WooCommerce Bookings integration v1.0.1? We released an update (1.0.1) that should have fixed this issue so that the vendors receive the notification email…

Same here. Great if this is now working, but I also didn’t receive the link to the updated version. Thanks.

    Hi Anna,

That’s awesome. I’ve tested it and it’s working great and sends the notification directly to the vendor. However, I’ve changed the email template. Under WooCommerce / Settings / Emails / Vendor New Booking, it shows me correctly my email template saved in theme-child/wc-vendors/emails/vendor-new-booking.php but still sends out your default template.

    Any guidance on that?

    Thanks a lot!

    @alexandra
Try saving the modified template to:
    child-theme/woocommerce/vendor-new-booking.php

    Hi Anna,

I just tried that. Both child-theme/woocommerce/vendor-new-booking.php and child-theme/woocommerce/emails/vendor-new-booking.php

Still doesn’t seem to find it. For now, I’ll just go ahead and replace your original template. Hope for the next update, that will be fixed and not override it if I leave it in the child folder 🙂 ?

    Thanks

    Hello,
    Try one more:
    child-theme/woocommerce-bookings/emails/vendor-booking.php

I am not sure why your child theme template is not applying– It must be the path. This is the path used for the admin woocommerce bookings emails (plugins/woocommerce-bookings/templates/emails/admin-new-order.php), which should be what we hook into. Try this path: child-theme/woocommerce-bookings/emails/vendor-booking.php for your override, please. It should not need the /template/ folder for the override (your modified template).

    Same issue unfortunately.
