NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi everyone.

    I’m wondering if it would be possible for me to edit the Stripe Commissions plugin to support Managed accounts. I understand that I’ll need to add forms for data that Stripe connect needs for Managed Accounts.

    Is the plugin framework editable in a way that this is possible?

    At this time, no- our Stripe Commissions & Gateway integration is only be designed to work with Standalone accounts at the time.
    In the future we will hopefully be able to support the managed accounts as an option.

    Hi Anna,

    Any updates on Express or Custom Account integration for the Stripe Commissions & Gateway?

    And does the Stripe Commissions & Gateway support other payment methods than credit cards? E.g. Giropay, SOFORT, Bitcoin – all recently supported by Stripe (availability depends on country).

    If not, can we expect such integrations in the future?

    Hello Simon,
    No- we have not updated out Stripe Commissions & Gateway plugin to accommodate any of the very new Stripe features yet, such as the express checkout or any additional payment methods.
    We do plan to update the Stripe plugin in the near future.
