NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hi there,

    I got an email from a vendor saying that the “mark shipped” has disappeared from his vendor dashboard. I did some testing with my own vendor account and found the following, as in screenshot:

    – There are some orders which are not marked as shipped (as shown at the admin view), yet there is no “mark shipped” option available for the vendor.

    – “Mark shipped” option appears on some orders only at the vendor dashboard

    – I thought it might have to do with order status, but I have cases where there is no “mark shipped” option regardless of order status being “processing” or “complete”

    could you advise?

    Are the products that are missing the “Mark Shipped” button also checked as “Virtual” products on the edit product page?

    nope, all are pretty standard, using “shipping per product”.

    in the case that reported last, it was a combined order and one of the vendors marked his product shipped, the second vendor does not see the mark shipped link :/

    Hmm, you appear to be correct. It looks like we’ve got a new bug to fix. 🙂
