NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi,

    I had a new theme upload onto my wordpress site and I was trying to upload and activate my WP Vendor Pro plugin when I received the “maximum activation reached” error message. I am not trying to upload onto a new website, it is for mammabird.com. I am not sure what I should do.

    I have deactivated it on our end.. see if you can activate the license now.
    If not, let me know and I can try to activate it for you.
    FYI– none of your WC Vendors and WC Vendors Pro pages are set at all according to the System Status you shared…
    but that may be because you are just getting set up 😉
