NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    The members item at the top says 46 members when there is actually 106? how do i remove this and make the sort default to alphabetical?

    Also is there a way of using a different default avatar?

    Andrew,
    That members page is not created by WC Vendors or WC Vendors Pro- that’s from buddypress and also your theme. Please check with the theme author and/or buddypress to get assistance with these questions.

    Hi

    When a buyer orders an item the seller is uunable to see the username of the customer so is unable to confirm where to send the items if the shipping information has not been completed. please can you look into this? screenshot below to confirm what i mean.

    Is the customer’s shipping information in the order when you look at in the admin? wp admin > woocommerce > orders
    Or did the customer not enter shipping details?

    Hi

    Shipping is all active in woocommerce and the customer has checked out. As i am admin i can check woocommerce orders but the vendors cant. So in the vendors dashboard you see the screen shot i sent (link).

    The customer cannot progress without putting in the shipping details in, they are a required field.

    Andrew,
    Have you done any debugging?
    First, ensure that you’re up to date with our plugins(WC Vendors Pro v1.4.2 and WC Vendors v1.9.10) and WooCommerce (3.0.4)
    Also, BuddyBoss just recently updated the One Social theme and the BuddyBoss Marketplace plugin. Ensure that any templates you may have overridden in your child theme are also updated.
    It is important that these are all up to date, as there have a been a lot of changes recently.

    If the issue persists once all is updated, try deactivating all plugins except those mentioned above., and test with a new order.
