For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

If you are a WC Vendors Pro customer please open a support ticket here.

If you are a WC Vendors user please open a support ticket on the Wordpress.org forums.

Hi, (i am not getting any reply from your forum!) I am a customer and need help, i have asked the same question days ago but not sure where my question go! – sorry if this replicates the matter because i have asked this question again in your public forum. We have been waiting for this answer for days…and cant find an answer in your forum. we have spent almost entire day with 9 hours but got nowhere.

Instead of creating two categories names “Free Apps” and “Premium App” on our current wc vendor marketplace, we’ve decided to create two micro sites under same domain name we have instead. Can you please enable our License Key for us to achieve that? Because otherwise it will be too much on the very same site listing both downloadable free apps and premium apps which may take much sources and hard to maintain. But with sub sites created in sub folder as OzRobotics.com/free-apps/ and OzRobotics.com/premium-apps/ it will be much better in terms of manageability and many other reasons.

At his time it won’t allow us to install our wc vendor plugin on such sub sites.

    Can you please help?
    Thank you,
    Errol Oz
