    Hello,

I have 2 thinks that considers me:

    1) I would like when the vendor adds a products, when he checks a subcategory, the parent category to be also checked.
(I found a plugin called Parent Category Toggler but only works in the add product of wordpress dashboard)

    2) Also how to enable the Product Description and Product Short Description to accept Visual and Text?

    Thanks for your time!

    Hello George,
    1. That’ll take some custom coding.
I will look and see if we have something as a gist or if I can figure it out. Are you using the category check boxes or the drop-down selector? That’ll definitely make a difference …

    2. There is an option in wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > PRO > Allow HTML Inputs
that, when checked, will allow an editor on the product description and short description for your vendors.

If you want the traditional forms like the wp admin, then you’ll need to modify the product-edit.php template as follows. (if you have not yet modified a template for wc-vendors, please read this kb article : https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/changing-vendor-templates/ first, so you know the file path you will need to use in your child theme.).

Replace approx lines 35-46 with the following code (starting after <!-- Basic Product Details --> and ending directly before `

Also, remember that if we update the product-edit.php template, you will need to update the template in your child theme and apply these edits again.
