NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,

    I’ve just done a test transaction with the WC vendors test gateway and the order is displaying on the vendors’ dashboard home page but when I click the orders tab, its not showing up. The site is going live in 2 days so I need this fixed asap or else vendors wont be able to process any orders. I upgraded to the new free and pro versions earlier today. everything else appears normal. I haven’t touched my settings since the change.

    Hi Pip,

    So, as a customer you buy a product from a vendor, and the order shows up on the vendors Pro Dashboard, but not in wp-admin > Orders? That seems really weird. Try clicking it again, to make sure you’re not sorting by another type of order (such as cancelled, refunded, whatever).

    No it has shown up on wp-admin>orders it just hasn’t shown on http://www.themakerplace.co.uk/dashboard/orders even though it is shown on http://www.themakerplace.co.uk/dashboard/

    Obviously its the dashboard/orders page where vendors can view details and mark things as shipped etc so this is kind of essential…

    I’m hoping its a user error I’ve made or an easy and quick fix!?

    Is the correct date range selected on the /dashboard/orders/ page? As in, does it include today? 🙂

    Yes it did – for once i had checked! 😉

    On /dashboard it had the range up to 2016-03-15 and showed the order and on /dashboard/orders it had the same range but no order. i changed the date to tomorrows date 2016-03-16 and it appeared…

    bit confusing! what will that mean for my vendors? should i advise them to always adjust the date forwards one day to view orders? or is there a possible fix for it?

    I’m curious if it’s the time zone settings on your webhosting companies PHP installation. Make sure your webhost has it set to UTC time zone, otherwise, they’re giving you the wrong time zone for your website. 🙂

    What’s the date of the order from the edit order page? That’s the date that Pro uses to look up orders. If it’s 3/16 12:00 then it would show up on 3/16’s report etc….
