NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    I have some doubts about these notifications. WC Vendors is responsible for notifying the seller that you get a new order?

    Testing with the new update I have noticed that the vendor does not get all the data. I exemplify with pictures.

    Look at the attached and now I will explain:
    – The comission configurated is 70%. In the rest of the site this works well.
    – The seller does not see the order notes. (And he cares more than anyone)
    – The translation does not work. I updated the .po files from the new .pot of the last update (free and pro)
    – – This could solve it by copying the template email to my theme folder and translating on the same file, but what matters most is that I note the order does not appear.
    – I do not have any template on emails in my theme folder

    Another thing: When you set the order as shipped (I seller) from the dashboard, the customer will get 2 emails almost equal.

    in WooCommerce > Settings > E-mails, Could disable sending “Vendor has shipped” But actually I would like to disable the second email that arrives ‘has added a note …’

    Hello,

    Can you confirm that you aren’t getting duplicate emails or are they slightly different? Are any other of your emails from woocommerce getting sent as a duplicate? Usually when emails fire twice some other plugin/setting is messing with things.

    I think comes from WooCommerce email and another email comes with the subject “is to added a note to your order” I guess it is wc-vendors.

    I return to this post. @digitalchild, I verified that I have no other plugin that interferes. Only WooCommerce and WC-Vendors.

    My main concerns are:

    It does not show the amount of commission in the email the seller, displays the total product price.

    And the other problem is that the seller does not show the note order in the email.

    Hmm this is weird, I wonder if anyone else is getting commission incorrect in emails. Are you running any special commission filters?

    – The seller does not see the order notes. (And he cares more than anyone)

    It looks like we have the wrong actions in our template, I’ve updated them to include the woocommerce ones also.

    – The translation does not work. I updated the .po files from the new .pot of the last update (free and pro)

    Looks like the wrong text domain is set in two of our email templates. I’ve fixed this now. You can grab the latest templates from our github to test them. Just replace your current ones in the wcvendors templates folder, not your theme folder.

    Hi Jamie. Thanks for your answer, the translation has been corrected.

    The commission is still seen wrong. What could happen? I need to fix this as soon as possible (today). I have no filter that relates to the commissions.

    Hello

    Are you running any plugins that mess around with woocommerce emails. We haven’t had anyone else report problems with commissions in emails and I’ve been unable to replicate this issue.

    Strangely I have resolved:
    in woocommerce -> settings -> emails -> notify vendors, I disabled and re-enabled the option Show the commission due/paid as the product totals instead of the product prices.

    And puff, magically works again.

    -still needed the order form the buyer to the seller is displayed.

    Hello,

    I have the same problem. Vendor gets email with only 80% price of product (his commission). The enabling and disabling this does not help. Could you help me please?

    This is a reported bug and the fix will likely be included in the next WC Vendors Free release: https://github.com/wcvendors/wcvendors/issues/330

    Thank you for fast answer, but it’s not the case.
    I realized, that the vendor gets email with some XY price, but the product should contain the full price in email. Can I send the same email to buyer and to the vendor? The vendor should get it just to know what’s the final price and what’t the buyers adress, so it would be nice if the email, that is sent to buyer, is sent to vendor too.

    please clarify: are your vendors receiving an email to confirm the sale of product(s)? The NEW ORDER email?
    The customer receives a different email because the “order” email the customer receives might have two, three four vendors’ products in the order. The VENDOR’s email just shows the products ordered from THEIR own store.
    The VENDOR email should be showing the customer address, and the products ordered from that vendor.

    The commissions total is erroneously showing up instead of the product total before commissions- that bug is reported. There should be both the total and the total after commissions showing.

    Hello,

    I’m attaching both emails (here is for costumer).
    10EUR is the price of priduct.
    If the costumer uses 10% OFF, than product should be 9EUR.
    The shipping costs 2.5EUR.
    TOTAL: 11.5EUR…
    The costumer gets OK mail.

    Here is the email that vendor gets…
    Settings are OK (commission 0% – we now calculate it by hand, because it’s not working OK and email settings are set, that in email it should show whole price, not only the commission)
    Product price: 8,2EUR
    Tax: 1,62EUR
    Shipping: 2.5EUR

    It’s missing TOTAL, % OFF and the products price is not OK.

    10% off.. is this a vendor coupon or admin coupon created in WooCommerce?
    If it is an admin coupon, YOU the site admin should be taking the commissions hit, not the vendor. .. so I would think that is why the total amount in his email does not show the subtraction of the 10%.
    Also, the admin coupons have been a nightmare.. vendor coupons have been working fine.

    Hi, can i know is this issue fixed on your latest version? or can i know how to edit this on code level, how to show vendor commission only instead of commission subtotal.

    The new order notification email issue is still open- this will be fixed for one of the next WC Vendors (free) releases.
