NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hello all,

    I’m using social marketplace and just fyi they’ve recently released an update to be compatible with your update.

    Issues I am having are:

    While checking if all the new functions are working as they should, I went to seller’s dashboard and unlike you mentioned, sellers’ were unable to set up the new shipping options (max, min) on a store level (see attached)

    another issue I am having is even after updating to the 1.4.1 version of wc vendor pro, it keeps asking me to update.( see attached 2)

    Looks like perhaps they still have not updated the templates that they override. You should be seeing all of those fields for shipping if you have updated to WC Vendors Pro v1.4.1 and if BuddyBoss has updated the templates for our v1.4+
    I’ll be testing their update in a few hours, so I will check and see if they have updated the overridden templates.

    The update notification is something we are aware of; this doe snot happen for all installs, but it is occurring. It shows that 1.4.1 has truly been installed, but for some reason WP is still showing the need for an update. We’ll get this taken care of.

    BuddyBoss did not update that template for their latest update (store-settings.php) so our new shipping options are not showing for anyone using that theme 🙁

    Thanks Anna for the update. So, did they say they would update soon? or should I directly ask them to do that.

    Please do tell them that it is important that they update the template: store-settings.php

    I emailed BuddyBoss and got this response: “Sincere apologies for the inconvenience. Yes, there are some conflict in the latest versions of WooCommerce, WC Vendors, One Social and Marketplace. Our developers are working hard to make it stable. Very soon we are going to release the next update. You can update afterwards. We will deeply appreciate your patience and cooperation.”

    As in the templates they override need to be updated.
