Hello, when new users register at the my-account page and tick the box apply to become a vendor, they are not taken to the Pro Vendor Registration page which collects the rest of the vendors information. I tested it out several times and sometimes it worked and sometimes it just went back to the page they were on before.

Is your Pro Dashboard page set correctly in wp-admin > WooCommerce > WC Vendors > Pro? Additionally, does the page you have it set to have the correct dashboard shortcode?
The dashboard i’m using https://www.alaredo.com/dashboard/ and it has the following shortcode. [wcv_pro_dashboard]
There is another page called vendor_dashboard and has the following shortcode. [wcv_vendor_dashboard] but that is the free one and Im not using that one
Would this issue have something to do with permalinks?

Those pages and shortcodes are correct. Permalinks wouldn’t be the issue, but of course you can resave them any time just to make sure (wp-admin > settings > permalinks, just re-save what is there)
I went to your site.com/dashboard/ and it took me to the my-account page. From there, I registered bentestvendor as a username, and applied to become a seller. It then took me to /dashboard/ to finish my application. Seems to work OK here!
What I would do, is disable all plugins except WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro, and WooCommerce. Test. Try to get it to break. If it does not break, some other plugin is conflicting with redirects somewhere and you’ll have to debug which plugin it is.
If it still proves to be a problem, switch themes to the Storefront theme (free). Test. If it now works, something’s up with your theme.
If it still breaks with all plugins disabled and the theme as Storefront, let me know and we’ll go to the next steps!
