NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi! This is not a big deal, but I would like a fix if possible. 😉 I receive duplicate emails when a vendor submits a product for review. Is there a fix for that so I do not think I have twice the products to review?

    That’s a new one……… Havent ever heard of that happening before. Try disabling the email, save, and then re-enable it and save. Let me know if that helps?

    Are you running the most recent version of WC Vendors? (1.9.6)?
    Have you tried the action suggested by Ben above?

    Yes, we are running 1.9.6

    With regards to Ben’s suggestion. In which section can I disable, save and then re-enable the email?

    Hello,
    You can go to: wp admin > WooCOmmerce > Settings > Email (tab). There you will see the various emails that WooCommerce and WC Vendors send to vendors, admin and/or customers. “New Vendor Product”should be the email you will wish to edit. Click the check mark to disable it. Save. Then click the “x”to enable it. Save. Test and see if this helps. Sometimes it does..?

    I see these duplicate email questions pop up every one in a while.. I will search the forums a bit and see if other users have had any other solution.

    I’ve done as you advised and it’s made no difference. We are still getting the double emails sent.

    If you deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & WC Vendors .. list a test product– do you still receive duplicate emails?
    If so, then it is likely a server issue. You can also see this kb article detailing some email debugging steps: https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/debugging-mail-issues/
