NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

We have found the problems themselves!!!

1. wc vendors dasboard showed: The vendor is connect with stripe. But: it wasn´t. In the Stripe dasboard was not connection with the vendor. Wie disconnect it and connected it new.

2. Concerns taxes:
Maybe the translation in german is faulty. We haven´t had activate: “Give vendors any tax collected per-product” because: in the german translation stands: “Vendors get ALL tax”
OR:
You mean that so. But if you do, thathe system does not work, because: If “Give vendors any tax collected per-product” is not connected, the vendor gets NO / zero tax.

3. Each individual product was processed and had its own commission set in Woocommerce. We did not do that! WHERE were these settings? A vendor can not do that. It is incomprehensible how that could be. Maybe a woocommerce update-problem???
