Slowly we are desperate!!!!
We bought xx in July 2016 – it still does not work today!Commission for Admin – Where is it? What is wrong?
We installed a second shop, but it doesnt function not on both!!!!!!!!Please have a look to:

Wp admin > woocommerce > wc vendors > commissions (tab) …. you did not have a value entered for commissions percentage for Pro commissions.I entered 93 in that field, as 93 is the setting you had entered for the free wc vendors commissions (wp admin > general).

i know that!!!!!!!!! Maybe my english is so bad, that you cant understand me?
I wrote to you in the pdf: “The next commission (pro) i changed between – whether empty or filled, the commission is zero. ”
The pdf have 4 pages. On page 4 i show you another example: there is the pro commission in!
This does not seem to be the problem!

Alright- I did not see that the PDF was four pages long.Are these transactions even being process via Stripe? It does not look like anyone- vendor or admin – is getting paid anything. What are you seeing in your Stripe Account?
Is your Stripe account still set in test / development mode?

Yes, via Stripe. One the old domain we used paypal too. But both doenst work correct.
