NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi,
    I have checked everything that you have shared in forum but still I am not getting emails for the vendor. Please help me in this regard.

    Please take a look through our email debugging guide: https://www.wcvendors.com/kb/debugging-mail-issues/

    In addition, I recommend the plugin Postman SMTP and running through the settings/setup. It took care of all of the mail issues I had on my own site. In addition, it has logs you can use to see if the emails are actually getting dispatched.

    I have tested that too but no new order notifications for vendor. On my site I am able to receive all woocommerce emails.But only I am not receiving emails for vendor new order, even I am receiving emails for vendor approval. I am using WP-Mail-SMTP plugin by Callum Macdonald.

    Please help me in this regard.

    Hello,
    Go to wp admin > woocommerce > setting > emails, and try disabling the New Order email. save changes. Then go and re-enable it. Save changes.
    Also check that your correct recipient email address is set for that email.

    If that fails– then you can put this code in your theme/child theme functions.php file. This should provide you with a copy of the notify vendor email when they receive an order (change this Your name <[email protected]> to include YOUR NAME and your email address) :

    I’ve just discovered that for SOME orders I’m not receiving order confirmation emails 🙁
    Neither are the vendor or customer.

    I’ve just disabled then re-enabled the new order email and if that doesn’t fix it I’ll add your code above Anna 🙂

    Would this be the same problem or was @DEBABRATSHARMA not receiving ANY order emails?

    I also added the code to the functions.php but sadly some order emails are mysteriously still not being sent to Admin, Vendor or Customers.
