NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi i am having an error on the front end for vendors,

    vendors via front end cannot upload images, however when they are in the back end they are able to upload images
    it says “Sorry, you are not allowed to attach files to this post”

    This is usually due to one of three things:
    -Insecure / mixed SSL content on your site. Install the Really Simple SSL plugin and see if that fixes the issue. Try this first before the other steps. https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/

    – You’re using a plugin that messes with images. Deactivate all plugins except WC Vendors, WC Vendors Pro and WooCommerce and test.

    – Your vendors are not being properly logged in so they have the proper permissions. Make sure they login on the woocommerce /my-account/ page… then test.

    You can also try resetting the vendor & pending vendor roles: wp admin > woocommerce > system status > tools: Reset WC Vendors Roles
