NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello,

    I encountered an issue for the email system. When admin set the order to processing. Vendor will get an email to notify. However the price which shows in the order details table is showing zero, including the subtotal and total price. Any solution?

    Hi Martin,

    I’ve tried to replicate this problem for you, and am unable to. It works 100% on all the sites I’ve tested with. Did you try disabling other plugins and retrying?

    Well I have the exact problem with Martin Yi. Everything is $0.00 in vendor backend as well as the vendor new order email.

    Any solution?

    Hello Ben,

    I have tried to disable all my plugins except woocommerce and wcvendors. It still showing the same problem. Actually I found out that I have tried to copy the email file to yourtheme/woocommerce/vendor-new-order.php and customize it, it doesn’t change anything. I have attached an image for you to see.

    Could it be there is something wrong with the code from wcvendors that fails to fetch the email file or order price? If there is a solution for this, I will be so glad to know. And I have upgraded my wcvendors to v1.1.1.

    Hi Martin,

    I’m going to assume your commission rate on the global, vendor, or per product level is not 0. If it is, that’s exactly why you are seeing this. 🙂 If not:

    Try changing your currency to US Dollars. Then use the WC VEndors Test gateway to place a test order. Let me know if you still see the issue.

    Commission rate is zero. if I change to any rate. it shows the commission rate only. not showing product rate

    Working as intended. You pay the vendors $0, so their email says $0.

    Why not just set the commission to “100” then? Just don’t actually pay them the commission in real life. Then all the emails will show the full purchase price.

    I cant help with your mail server problems, that one is all you. 🙂 We wrote a KB article on how to debug WordPress mail issues, you’re on your own with this one 🙂

    Vendors can not manage order statuses. That’s your job, the admins.

    Vendors can mark orders shipped. They do not ever have any reason to change WooCommerce order statuses. You cant give one vendor access to control an entire order from 3 vendors in one order. 😉 You’d be asking for hell on Earth!
