NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hello Anna~,

    seems there are quite a few issues following recent Woocommerce update!

    Iam not sure if this is a temporary thing but one of my vendors made a sale this morning but no emails were sent to any parties (admin, seller, customer). but on a second order with another vendor just now, he did receive order confirmation email ( but with no amount included) I saw someone raised the same issue and understand that you’re currently looking into this:)

    Yeah- there were a lot of things changed in WC 3x. Many plugin developers are still working to find all of the affects.

    Please let me know if the “no emails” issue keeps happening. If it is not regular, it may have been a server issue or something that happens rarely.

    As for the amounts– was this a variable product/products? That seems to be the issue I am working with — variable product emails are not showing the amounts.. If so, then we are working on that issue right now.

    Hi Anna,

    Thank you for your response:) yea, we’re making quite a few sales thesedays and noticed the email issue keeps happening regardless of type of products (both simple and variable) Other emails are being sent fine. (e.g. registration email)

    for the amount not showing, yes it happens to variable products only.

    OK- the issue for the variable products amount in emails has been submitted, and will hopefully be fixed soon.

    For the non-receipt of emails.. I am not sure why this suddenly started happening on your site..
    Try installing the Postman SMTP plugin, to run through and configure emails settings on your site. Then test and check the Postman SMTP email logs to see if the emails you send out are being dispatched in the first place..
