NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Anna,

    There was an order placed and the seller received the payment but no record of the sale is showing in dashboard.

    Is this a known error?

    I think this may be another instance of a similar issue reported yesterday and the night before.. Several paypal users had some orders timeout and then finally process. It seems this was a glitch on paypal’s end. It seemed to only occur for a short window of time, then stopped happening.
    The other users had to mark the sale as processing or complete, as it kept pending. Also the order was not showing the in vendor’s dashboard until marked as processing or complete.
