NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    hi ben,
    thanks a lot for the pro version 1.0.2 update. its a lifesaver. I have updated the plugin and unlike before, the layouts seems to be fine now. but i have noticed that the order note and the tracking number function is not working
    whenever i click on them, the screen goes dark but no popup appears on the screen asking about the order note or the tracking id. only the screen goes dark.
    Please help me solving this issue.

    Glad you’re happy with the update! Let’s try to solve this other issue you’re having.

    Would you be able to email me your theme file as you received it when purchasing the theme? The original zip file would be best. [email protected] is me. I’ll check it out and see if it’s us, or if it’s you that broke the order notes! 🙂

    HI Ben,
    Thanks for the quick reply. I have mailed you the zip file. however i have noticed that when i click on the ‘order note’ and the ‘tracking number’ button, the screen goes dark and nothing appears. previously i thought that the popup wasnt working, but now i noticed that the popup is there, but its invisible. you will understand it better in the screenshots. Just look at my mouse pointer or the cursor in the pics. Please help me resolve this issue.

    Hi Kapil,

    I installed the Virtue theme, and can confirm, that the popup is not there. It shows me a blank black-ish screen. I’ve added a ticket for @digitalchild to fix, issue #74.

    Hi Ben,
    Thanks a lot for the help. So what would be my next step? Do I need to make some changes in the css or I’ll have to wait for the next wc vendors update?

    Hi Kapil,

    I’ve confirmed that this is a clash with css styles between our code and your theme. I’ve updated our code and renamed the offending css class so they will no longer clash. On the next release the modals will now work.
