NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,
    I have enabled this settings – wp-admin > WooCommerce > Settings > Emails > Notify Vendor, but auto emails are not getting sent to vendors. Please check the screenshot of the email settings – https://www.screencast.com/t/QhF35ywCy6

    When i manually perform action on order to notify vendor, it does send out email. Can you please help me with solving this issue?

    Most users find the Postman SMTP plugin to be especially helpful. It not only takes are of some issues, but it shows logs of emails so you can see if they are being sent out. https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/

    Hello Anna,
    I have checked your email debugging steps. I get email when i manually notify vendor from order. I have set up all options properly and i am using “Invoice me” option on checkout. Can you please say me that “Invoice me” method is causing this issue or something else?

    Hello,
    I have not used that plugin- I do not know.
    If you are using Postman SMTP as suggested in the debugging steps, is it showing in the Postman logs that the email is being dispatched to the vendor?
    If you deactivate all plugins except WC Vendors, Postman SMTP and WooCommerce…. is the email sent and delivered properly? The only way to know if another plugin is causing this issue is to deactivate all except WC Vendors and WooCommerce and then test. (In this case I advised that you leave Postman SMTP activated also since it will show in the logs if the email is being sent or not)
