NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

    Hi,
    I’m using WC vendor pro. The order page does not appear in the pro dashboard. It is difficult to explain this clearly in English (I am French), so I attached 2 screenshots. I have seen several topics on the subject but I have found nothing that can help me.
    I tested by disabling all my plugins (except woocommerce and wc vendor + wc vendor pro) but it did not change anything.
    A little help from you would be very appreciable for me. Thank you in advance.

    Just a clarification I updated the two obsolete templates in the report status, but still the same …
    I had to re-upload the old template mini-cart.php because I have problems of display with the new one.

    WC Vendors Pro: par WC Vendors – 1.3.9

    Please update your WC Vendors Pro to the latest version so it has WooCommerce 3.x compatibility.
    We are now on Version 1.4.3

    Thank you for your quick answer. I did it and it works now! 🙂 Thank you.
    I didn’t know about this update, it’s strange usually I’ve got notification in my wordpress dashboard…

    I’ve got an other question, I don’t understand why in my commission, the shipping cost is 0, even in the email for the supplier it’s say O euros for delivery. But for the custommer it show the shipping cost. Is it normal?

    I’m using Stripe gateway, how can I split the shipping cost for each supplier (it’s not the same price by supplier) ?

    Hello,
    Are you using Vendor Shipping? wp admin > woocommerce > settings > shipping > vendor shipping
    The Vendor Shipping module in Pro is the only one we can support, and the only one that will properly allocate the shipping funds to the vendor..

    Hello Laura,

    Yes i’m using vendor shipping it’s enable in my settings. I’m also using Packages Configuration for WooCommerce cause I need to group my shipping cost per vendor and not per product.

    Do you think it’s could be the problem?

    Sorry I wanted to say Hello Anna…I made a mix with Laure et Anna ;p

    I disable Packages Configuration for woocommerce and with the new update of WC vendor I can group my shipping cost per vendor.
    So everything is ok for me right now.

    Hello,
    Glad it is working for you now.
    Yeah having the Packages config. installed probably caused a conflict with our Vendor Shipping. I know that plugin has not been maintained in a long time.
