NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi,

    Does WC Vendors Pro allows more status than “Mark as shipped” in Vendor orders page ?

    I’d like they can also mark the order status as cancelled (ex : if one product is no more available).

    BTW, would it be possible to try free WC Vendor Pro for 1 month before buying it ?

    You can try Pro on dev.wcvendors.com any time you like. There is no “trial version”, the demo suffices. 🙂

    With Pro, you can of course hook into these and make any status you want. But the thing is, it wont matter. I think you are asking the wrong question. If a vendor marked the order as cancelled, that’s great. But then what would that DO? Yea, that part. You gotta get the customers $$$$ back to them, mark it as refunded, etc…. This is the admins job. Not best left for vendors. 🙂 It CAN be done, but it will take a headache to do. And once done, it will be a headache for you. Kinda weird!
