I’m not sure if I’m missing some obvious setting here (but I’ve been searching for hours).. But everytime a new order is made, it instantly gets marked as shipped.
Print below, this is the order screen in the admin panel right after the order is made. It says that the shop has marked it as shipped, yet I haven’t.
Mouseover the shipping icon. Does it have a X next to the vendor or a Checkmark? X = vendor not shipped. Checkmark = Vendor has shipped.
Ahh, this was an obvious mistake by me. Problem kind of solved itself.
However, how do I add new tracking service to the shipping system? I want to use the ones in Sweden but there is not an option for those 🙂

When my vendors marks their orders as shipped (in vendor dashboard) they doesn’t get marked as shipped in admin dashboard or under orders in vendor dashboard.. Any ideas why?
It adds a note to the order but it doesn’t actually update the order as sent. Same with your dev boxes?
I have no idea were to look for a fix for this problem 😛What do you mean by “update the order as sent”? The order status never changes. It just adds a note. Payment gateways change order statuses, WC Vendors does not. 🙂
In the vendor dashboard under orders, the order list shows if the order has been shipped or not.
This is not updated when an order is sent.
Also, in admin panel under orders, there is still an ‘X’ next to ‘vendors shipped’.Ok, I’ll tag Jamie in on this to take a peek at.
Hello,
I’m unable to replicate this. When I mark an order shipped in the pro dashboard it updates to ‘shipped yes’ and shows the vendor has marked shipping in the backend. Tested this on 4 different installs.

Hm.. Very weird indeed… What could be the cause of this? I’m using flatsome as theme, could it be interfering?
