NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

As of August 31, 2017 (12am EST) our support forums will be retired (read-only), and we will be moving to a support ticket system.  This will allow us to better organize and answer support requests, and provide a more personalized experience as we assist our customers.

For the time being, we will leave our forums open for reading and learning while we work on creating a more robust Knowledge Base for everyone to use.

    Hi Ben

    I have just realised that orders are showing as cancelled when the payment has gone through perfectly. This has led to the vendor not being notified and the orders not being dispatched.

    I updated the most recent one and then logged in as the vendor and although the order had appeared in the dashboard it was inaccurate with one item missing.

    Is this a WCV issue?

    We don’t control your payment gateway, so no, it would not be a WC Vendors issue. If you are using PayPal Adaptive Payments that is included in WC Vendors, we don’t control the PayPal response, either, PayPal does.

    Ok, thanks – I don’t use paypal at all. I use SagePay and I have checked everything is right with them.

    Very odd – and frustrating.
