    Hi,

I got the message below from PayPal:

Can you confirm that the seller will be the Primary recipient in the Chained payment & you will collect your fees as Secondary recipient? We will require you to set up the payment in this way so that the seller is the Merchant of Record in the case of any Chargebacks or Refunds.

I need to set up my application in a way so that seller is responsible for refunds and chargebacks. But I’m not really sure that seller can be primary recipient with WC Vendors.

Is it ok to follow their instructions and set a seller as a primary recipient?

It doesnt matter either way. Some accounts they setup this way, some the opposite.
