    Hi,

I’m having issues completing transactions due to the PayKey not loading and yes I’m already approved for Live App-ID etc…

Error ID: 580022. Invalid request parameter: amount must be greater than zero
Error ID: 580022. Invalid request parameter: payKey cannot be null

I just got off the phone with Paypal and they need to see these files/info below: Which files do I need to show them?

    Hello,

Here is a link in the Developers Page for the HTTP response I would need to start troubleshooting: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/adaptive-payments/integration-guide/APCallsHeadersAndPaymentTypes/

I need to see this information that is passed to PayPal for the request that returns a PAYKEY, once the key is returned it is appended to https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr.

    Payment Commands – https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/adaptive-payments/integration-guide/APCommands/

Once this is completed the link will redirect to PayPal to initiate the payment for completion.

I sent them the PPAuthenticationManager page and the reply was…

    (2nd Email)

    Hello,

This is code that is used to run the program, it takes in inputs and builds the request. The request log is the information that is sent to PayPal with all your credentials filled in and the parameters filled in. Your log request builds each time you click on the PayPal button on your site that is generating a request to ask PayPal for the Paykey.

So please let me know in which file, I can find the info they’re requesting.

    Thanks

    Hello-
I will pass this along and see if one of my team can answer – however – I have seen this occur when a user attempts to test paypal by purchasing an item from one of their own accounts.
Do you own both paypal accounts used in this transaction?

There’s zero chance you’ve tested with all plugins except ours/woo disabled. That list of stuff we ask you to do before bugging us? Do it.

    Hello everyone,

I have the same problem as Darius. I tried to search more here on the forum but seems like my issue is similar with his one.
I setup the adaptive payments and tried to check the adaptive payments in live mode. When I try to checkout with Paypal, I receive the same error as Darius and when I return to the checkout page the error is different than his one :Error ID: 550001 user is not allowed to perform this action. Please find the screenshots attached. I’ve seen what Anna said in her previous message on this topic and I can confirm that the buyer and sellers have different papal accounts.
Can we please advise if I’m missing something here? as this is the last thing we have to sort out before launch. The most important one…

    Thanks!
    Stefan

    @cakecompare
Are you using the most recent version of WC Vendors free and WC Vendors Pro?
Please share your WooCOmmerce System Status (wp admin > woocommerce > system status)
There was an issue with how PayPal had changed some code and not notified us; this was fixed in the recent versions to prevent errors. Please first ensure that you have the most recent versions of our plugins installed (free 1.9.8 and Pro 1.3.9).

    Hi Anna,

I replied to this post via email, but I can’t see the reply here on my account…Not sure if you received my
email, so I would like to confirm that both plugins are up to date. In the woocommerce system status everything is green…Do you want me to send you a screenshot here?

Any help and advice would be much appreciated

    Thanks
    Stefan

    Stefan,
If you can post your system status here- that’d be great.
However- I think you may need to contact PayPal regarding this one, since I do not know why the paykey is not showing for the transaction.

Double-check that your PayPal keys and credentials given to you after your adaptive payments application was accepted are all filled out for live transactions.
If you email or call paypal, they may be able to at least guide you to why this may be happening, and they may be able to use that error number to identify why the error is occurring.

    Hi Anna,

Please find attached the system status. If you spot anything wrong, please let me know. I will contact paypal to see what’s their opinion about this error. I hope they will not pass the ball in your garden 🙂 I’ll let you know anyway.

    Thanks
    Stefan

I’ve had the same issue but in my case got resolved after changing the price to show up to 2 decimal points and removing multiple packages for woocommerce plugin.

    I had the same issue.
Adding bank details in verification process of paypal business account solved it.
