    Hi,
i am just about to buy WC Pro after evaluating WC Vendors vs Dokan battle but i have some questions first.

    1) Stripe is not available in my country. I have my own modul Gopay compatible with WooCommerce. Can i use it, will it be compatible?

    2) For shipping i use carriers agregator which also has plugin compatible with Woocommerce. Can i use it, will it be compatible?

    What can you suggest?

    Thanks
    Tomas

Sorry for the delay there! We totally missed the thread. If we havent replied in a month — yea, we missed it!! WE’re normally very fast within 24 hours. 🙂

1.) You can use any payment gateway you like. WC Vendors is compatible with all of them.

2.) Probably not, no, you’d have to go to a per product shipping or shipping included model. e.g., $5 to ship Product A, $4 to ship Product B, etc… Pro has a full shipping module built into it of course, and you can demo that by clicking the Pro Demo link on our nav bar to the left.

Exactly! The way shipping works is that the vendor can set a per product price. The vendor can also set a store default so that he only has to set shipping once and all his products inherit that setting. Or, the vendor can do nothing, and inherit the admins shipping settings for when the vendor has none set. Pretty simple stuff!

So, there is no way to include third party shipping rates (UPS, Fed EX) for more exact shipping?

What about shipping labels? I could not find either of these in the knowledge base.

    Thanks

We show a packing slip a vendor can print, shipping labels with barcodes for usps/ups/fedex are not something we’ve coded. Our included shipping system is more like eBay, where when you sell something you say “how much for the usa and how much for the rest of the world”. Vendors of course can copy/paste tracking numbers and send shipping notifications to customers with admin options to turn that off.

Thanks for the quick response, Ben.

My clients will only be selling to the US, not international so fine tuning the rate per city would be a nice feature, but I understand the complexity of that is great. No worries there.

    Thanks again!
