NOTICE: We've Moved to a Ticket System for Support

    Hello,

    So I have setup Stripe and did a payment with my creditcard to this.

    However it doesn’t show up at my dashboard. How long does this take to show up?
    And how does this work with the payment of the vendors?

    Hi Twitch,

    So you have Strip setup…… And you have a vendor who has a product, and you bought that product, and it’s not showing up on your dashboard?

    If you edit the order, do you see the Stripe payment confirmation #?

    To pay vendors, vendors must connect their Stripe account by going to your site > Vendor Dashboard > Shop Settings and clicking the “Connect with Stripe” button. Once that’s done, their part of the commission will be instantly delivered to the Vendors account.

    Hello ben,

    I don’t see the order, that is weird. The payment was successful.

    I have checked my bank account and stripe has charged me 0$..

    Triple check your configuration settings. And post up some screenshots thta will help me begin to diagnose what the issue might be. You can “set as private reply” anything that might be sensitive information.

    Hello Ben,

    There are 2 client id’s
    1 is for development and the other is for production. Which one should I use?
