    Hi support team,

    I am testing the paypal account by using my sisters account but it is not working. Please see in attachment different messages displayed on my website.

    i have received the Live APP credentials, user ID, signature … I precise that i have entered informations correctly in paypal adaptive payment settings. i have configured my Paypal account and send documents to end money transfer restrictions.

    I have read several subjets on the forum related to this problem. It seems that it is a url problem that the “&” should be replace by “?”. But the url shows already a “?”:

    I have a message saying that i am not eligible for mass payment.

    And another one with 2 errors (see screenshots).

    What should i do in addition to contact Paypal on coming Monday?

    Not sure how is in other countries, but if you are dealing with Paypal UK, you never gonna have the mass pay enabled on your account. Or maybe not until you don’t become a big merchant. They told me that Mass Pay is invitation only and you have to receive ar least £5000 every month for three consecutive month in your paypal account in order to be eligible to submit the application for Mass Pay. I’m trying to sort this out for about two weeks and I ‘m tired to be honest.Only useless staff answering the phone without knowing what adaptive payments and mass payments are. If you manage to sort this out I will appreciate if you can send me a message here on the forum. Good luck!

    If I could help more, I would.
    You’ll have to discuss this with PayPal.
    They are starting to out more limitations on mass pay accounts, and more often now there is more trouble with people being able to simply set up their adaptive payment accounts.
    In your case, @iakapm , it is not the ? issue- that was different.
    Please describe to them all that you are experiencing and tell then that they do, in fact, have adaptive payment services and you need to be able to talk with someone who has a clue.

    After one week, i have received Paypal support feedback:

    “Bonjour,

    Merci d’avoir contacté le Support Technique pour Commerçants de PayPal.

    Je vous prie de bien vouloir nous excuser pour le délai de réponse.

    La solution PayPal Adaptive Payment est maintenant un produit déprécié et nous n’acceptons malheureusement plus de nouvelle intégration de ce produit.

    De plus Mass Payment est un produit qui nécessite d’être activé sur votre compte PayPal et demande que votre compte réponde à certains critères particulier.

    It is saying that Paypal adaptive Payment is a depreciated product and Paypal does not accept any new integration of this product.
    Concerning mas payment, it needs to be activated On my Paypal account and for this i need to meet some criterias. To check all requirements needed to activate mass payment technical support advice me to contact “business team”.

    Before that, business that orient me to support team.

    Concerning mass payment, i am wondering if i need it. Vendors will get paid instantly and i am not charging any commission on sells.it means that Vendors get 100% instant commission.

    Wc support team, can you confirm Paypal info and help me with my requirements?

    Please ask to speak with a manager or someone who can help you with PayPal Adaptive payments. You can still use PayPal Adaptive payments.
    If you are only going to use the instant payments (not scheduled or NOW), then you do not need masspay enabled by PayPal. You just need Adaptive Payments for Parallel payments.

    They (paypal) are such a pain to deal with.

    JFI, the feedback of Paypal support:

    La solution la plus simple pour vous serait d’intégrer l’API Permission de PayPal qui permet de demander à vos marchands une autorisation pour faire des appels API en leur nom.

    Cette solution est décrite sur les pages de documentations suivantes :

    https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/permissions-service/gs_PermissionsService/

    Une fois les autorisations API donnés par vos marchands, vous pourrez utilisez la solution Express Checkout par exemple pour faire des transaction allant directement de l’acheteur vers le marchand en leur nom. Il suffira d’ajouter leur email paypal dans la variable “SUBJECT” pour chacun de vos appels API.

    Attention : Toutefois, afin de pouvoir autoriser de faire des appel API en leur nom, les marchands auront besoin d’avoir un compte PayPal Business.

    Je suis conscient que cette solution puisse être plus contraignante que ce que proposait originalement Adaptive Payment mais cette solution n’est malheureusement plus disponible.

    The guy is saying that the best solution is to integrate Paypal Permission API that request permission to Vendors to make calls. Once the Vendor will allow calls i can use Paypal express checkout so that buyers could pay Vendors.

    Currently, i am waiting for another support team call concerning PAP.

    I would also like to know the difference between standard Paypal and PAP.
    PAP = Vendors are paid by buyers. There is a possibility to delay the payment. in that case, mass payment is needed. In case of delayed payment, the time between the payment done by a buyer and payment transfer to Vendor account, buyer payment amount is kept in my account? Right?

    What about Paypal?

    Paypal adaptive payments uses Parallel payments which allows the split of funds at checkout.
    PayPal needs to stop doing this to people.
    I hope you can get someone on the phone who knows their own company still uses PaypalAP

    Hi Anna,

    I have called Paypal several times and also talked to a manager. He told me that PAP is no more offered as the solution is depreciated. Thats a pity to know that WC Vendors still about this solution when it is no more in use.

    If you tell me that there is still a way to integrate this solution and if give you my credentials can you please integrate this for me. I have all information API, username… but Paypal AP is not working. And my account has a verified status.
