I’ve created an application on Paypal, as per the old PV instructions. Paypal has now gotten in touch, asking exactlt what APIs I need access to: masspay, paralllel or chained payment. Any pointers on this?

    Thanks,

We currently support parallel payments and there is a thread on using a ‘hack’ to get chained payments working.

    Hi Jamie

Thanks for the heads up. So ideally, I’d want to go for chained payments to just have one 1 entry on the Paypal billing invoice – and then when I’d like to pay all the vendors (say, once a month), I’d use masspay for this?

    Thanks,
    – Asbjoern

Hi there, i keep seeing people having issues with pay pal and i’m not quite sure why.

I have tested and set up both adaptive and chained and they work fine. There was a file on the original forum that Matt linked to for the change from chained to adaptive, as far as I can tell this still works. Mass payments through paypal have been removed unless you are a company, and then you have to make a manual call to them directly. I was told I would not get Mass payments for a business my size.

Aand, you would used chained payments. To do this you upload this file over the old one, keep a copy of the old one in case you need to go back to parallel,

    Place the attached file in:
